Open at 8??? Nope. Not today. Went by at 8:25 a.m. and I would have been 4th in line, but the door was locked. Not a good way to lure customers -- and the sign said Open!

I hate to write bad reviews and this is my first ever, but I am genuinely too upset to not say anything! I know not every haircut will be good but the haircut my grandmother received isn't okay! She is genuinely embarrassed to go out now and as her grandson to see her this upset it upsets me!

I have never had a problem with this location. But I've been busy with my son's band. I've been checking in online and they lock the door at 5:30 cause they close at 6. Was not happen with that. This week I check in online early and got there at 5. My son's were first on the list when I got there. And there was lady after us. The worker got done at about 5:10 and we were suppose to be next. The lady tells us the person after was first. And she wouldn't have time to do my son's. I told her we were first. So this location just lost my business.
