My physician referred me to Hometown Pharmacy in Ennis, Tx because my previous pharmamcy always ran out of my particular medication. Hometown Pharmacy has always had my medication on time. Even when I call to speak with someone. , they're consistently professional. And mail order is received within (2-3) business days

My doctor sent in my prescription refill on Tuesday while I was in her office. They had it ready the following Monday. Almost a week without my prescription. Unacceptable turn around time.

Started using this pharmacy a year ago at first they seemed OK great staff very friendly Then someone there stole 10 pills out of my 180 leaving me 170 of a C2 drug a year goes by and sure enough my prescription called for 180 of these pills And shorted 10 again called the pharmacy once again denied denied denied then I asked myself why would I get on a social media and blast these people because they’re liars and thieves and I don’t want to see the same thing happened to someone else if you know what happens when you run out of a C2 drug unexpectedly do you know the reason why I’m doing this I wouldn’t use this pharmacy if they were literally the last pharmacy On earthUse this pharmacy at your own risk especially if you have C2 type meds

Friendly Staff and fast service. Had problems with Walgreens taking my insurance (Medicaid), switched to Hometown and haven't had any issues. Thank you!

They have no respect for your time. Everytime I call the day b4 ask for my medicine to be ready as soon as they open. I have to work I maybe in a wheelchair and on pain meds but I still need money they act like we have nothing else to do other than come back for our meds. They advertise as a family vibe but treat you like a junkie if you just want your meds on time.

I had a problem with a couple of scripts that were to be at Walgreens, but they were closed for whatever reason, and insurance, time was running out. Hometown Drug was able to get it fixed in no time. Thanx, I'll be back!!
