Purchased a “climate-controlled” storage for less than a month and several boxes, two of which contained electronics (that are now ruined), have been soaked. Will NEVER use this place again nor do I recommend it to anyone. My GameCube that I’ve kept in good condition for YEARS is ruined.

Update: They contacted me and told me there is nothing they can do nor will they give me my money back. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE. Update: I was just told that this was "out of there control" in a "climate-controlled" space. WOW. I wish I could rate zero stars.

This location has a rodent infestation. We rented 2 units for less than 2 months during a move. Our belongings were damaged by rodent urine & feces during that short time. Some cords were also chewed up. We put some sticky traps down and were able to catch two mice, but that didn't put a dent in the problem. There was a lot of standing water & muddy conditions, I am not sure if that contributed to the rodent problem or what, but it definitely made it hard to get in and out of the facility. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
