My husband and I were stranded for two days at a Buc cee gas station in a 3 week New RV. We could not get any help from Camping World. ENNIS Ford worked us in to their already full schedule. Noting they dont even work on RV. The nicest people you would ever want to do business with. They fixed our problem and got us back on the road for our vacation. They even followed up later in the day to make sure we made it to our destination safely.

We have bought three vehicles from Ennis Ford. We bought one used 2017 Subaru, one new Ford Bronco Sport, and one new Bronco Wildtrak. In all three instances, the customer service was superior. The folks at Ennis Ford worked to get us fair deals at good rates. I highly recommend seeing Jon at Ennis Ford if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

At Ennis Ford you get treated like a person. Not at all like other dealerships I have experienced. Salvador was the most helpful, honest salesman in all my years of buying vehicles. Then Daniel in finance wrapped up the final deal fast and I didn't have to spend an entire day getting hassled. Ennis Ford cares about the customer, not just how much money they can make. They are fair and I would recommend them over all dealerships.

I just bought a 2024 Ford Explorer XLT today from Ennis Ford. Salvador Duran is awesome and works hard to get you in your dream car. I have been wanting to get back in an Explorer. For years I have been told by other dealerships. That my request payment amount wasn't practical. Salvador listen to me and understood that I'm retired. I had to stay in a certain payment range. He got everything the way I needed it to be. If you are looking to a vehicle. Then go see Salvador. He is wonderful to work with. The financial manager works hard to get you what you want.

They overbook appointments then hold your car for an outrageous amount of time with no updates unless you call repeatedly.
The first time I used them for anything other than a standard oil change, I dropped off a vehicle to have the seal on the sunroof serviced. They checked us in and weeks later, after no communication, I called for an update and was told they had “no record” of our car being dropped off and they didn’t even see it on the lot. The car was there, they “repaired it”, and we picked it up. Except the repair we paid for was never done. We had to take it back AGAIN for it to be fixed properly.
The second time, there was a known recall and they kept my car for over a month after waiting weeks for diagnostics, despite booking an appointment, while I was left without a vehicle and 3 small children. I had to call every day, be transferred to a service manager that would not pick up the phone or return my calls. It wasn’t until I threatened to take my car elsewhere that they decided to do something.
The last time, I booked an appointment and let it go about 3 days with no updates or communication other than “unexpected delays” before picking it up and taking it to Grand Prairie.
I would not waste your time here. They have lost all of my business.
