I have been going to Charlie's when Charlie ?owned it. The new ppl has done good keeping the selection of meats available to purchase, such as ham , hang down sausage, cheese and too many others to name. The Czech deli counter is one of the last holdouts of its kind in Ennis. It's a relic straight from the 70s, so expect klobase with pickles and mustard on Wonder bread. But if you wanna know how it was like for a Czech boy back in the day, this is it.
