Was looking for a local vehicle repair shop near me and found Jc's Automotive in Emory, Tx.. I needed some specific work done, so I stoped by and talked with the owner. Jose and I discused my project and said he would call back after he got pricing on parts from his distributors. After he called me back he explained that he only used manufacture oem parts to insure quality, which I found this to be a value of his commitment to do quality work. We discussed the total repair estimate and when to bring my vehicle in for the repair. Work performed was to replace both valve covers and gaskets. Valve covers had a GM service builtin. Replace spark plugs and spark plug wires. Clean throttle body and replace air filter.
Excellent customer service and repair service. I would recommend Jc's Automotive to others that need automotive repairs.

Quick repairs. Able to diagnose my overheating problem no one else could, kept me updated about what was wrong with it and fixed it quickly. Price was also good for the work that was done. Relieved to have found a good shop in Emory.

They were able to fix my car quickly for a reasonable price. The mechanic kept us updated as he diagnosed and made the repairs and told us costs before starting the repairs. It was as painless as it could have been.

While on a visit from San Antonio to Yantis, Tx on October 6th we noticed a check engine light. After having the code checked at the local O’Reilly’s we were referred to JC’s Automotive. This was late on a Friday afternoon.My first point of contact was Myra which took in all the information on our vehicle. I left my car for assessment. Heath called me to inform me of the problem encountered. He understood that we were traveling and only in the area until Monday morning. Codes were checked and rechecked to eliminate any oversights. Heath informed me that the shop was closed on Saturdays but he went over and beyond opened the shop to make sure our car could be repaired in time for us to return home with no delays. Went in for quick vehicle inspection easy right? Was then told the city doesn't need physical proof since their printer was out of ink well the city does i went back the next day and still cant receive proof and all this after i paid them i went someplace else i will not go back period..Service: Vehicle Inspection

They gave me a $346 dollar estimate, charged me for parts i did not even get or want. Then hit me with a bill for over $1300. Told me the five O rings and rubber washers were over $400. I looked the parts up and they were $45Service: General repairs & maintenance

We took our Exlpore to these people and they gabe my husband one price and the tripled it, the lady there was rude, when my husband called to talk to Alejandro Colunga, to tell him that the Explore was still acting up, he said oh well you have to bring it to the shop, as we would have to charge you if we go pick it up,Service: Transmission

Just remember have everything together before walking into JC's Automotive.The reason is because this lady was rude wanted every detail kept asking questions over and over again.I told her that I'm not a mechanic so I don't know everything about the car this is why we brought the car to JC's Automotive finally I decided if this lady is going to be rude to me as well as my friend I will go somewhere else.So I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else.Thank you JC"S automotive for your people being rude at your location which is located in Emory, TX. I would not do business with these people.I really think it does not deserve any rating since these people are rude I will not mention names.
