AWESOME experience here. Throughout the customer service experience to the amount of care they have for customers is outstanding. They messaged me and kept me updated through a new law delaying background checks for individuals under 21. They would update me regularly on the status of my background check and were diligent in checking the status daily. And when the time came for pickup I was in and out in a quick few minutes. Awesome customer experience from this local shop. Will definitely be using them for later purchases

I like the owner Rhonda. She runs a tight ship and I appreciate the clean safe environment to shoot in. I was blessed to have the money to purchase a very nice pistol from Lake Fork Firearms. the pistol shoots great and at a fair price. Well done miss Rhonda, may you have peace and prosperity. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXTREMELY RUDE. My boyfriend and I just came to this store to purchase some ammunition that we had called and asked about. She pulls out a tiny box of ammo and we ask how many we can buy and she says “you can only buy one.” Which is fine, but the box had 20 rounds and was $30. You can go down the road and get a box of 50 rounds for $20. She started arguing when we were a little surprised we could only get 1 box and said “well that’s all you need.” Even though it was pricey we were still considering getting it. We asked to see the ammo and she seemed very put out and frustrated and after she showed it to us for a second, she puts it back on the shelf and abruptly says “Okay bye have a nice day” while we were still standing in the store hoping to do business. We acknowledged that we had HORRIBLE customer service there and she started yelling at us as we were walking out the door. Never coming back here again

She must not like business judging from her customer service. I tried to make friendly conversation while she helped me find what I was looking for she interrupted me and said she didn't want to hear about it. I know and do business with a lot of firearm enthusiasts and law enforcement and I will not be recommending them.

Very small selection and horrible customer service. The woman that works there has been rude both times I've spoke to her. Save yourself the trip.
