Been doing my tax return with the tax preparer Olivia Lopez from the Elsa location for several years. Olivia is very knowledgeable and experienced. She always goes out of her way to get all credits for the best refund.

I have done my Taxes with Mary for years!!! She is so professional and sweet!! I drive down from Houston every year just to file with her. I absolutely love the environment everyone is so welcoming. The office is always clean and disinfected! I would give 100 stars if I could! Absolutely the best place to file taxes at! A big thanks Mary and everyone at this office! Olivia, my representative was very friendly, she was very patient, she took the time to explain the tax process and took the time to answer all my questions. It was easy as one, two, three. The fees are reasonable. I will return next year.

Ms. Sandra is one of the best Tax Preparers very knowledgeable and very responsive to all my questions i have had about filing my taxes. She is 10 out of 10 best customer service I've had. very responsible great she even took time to help me understand exactly what was going on. will definitely come back and get my taxes filed with her again!!

Very informative, Ms. Mary Garcia keeps us up to date on everything. Very professional, this is the 2nd year we go to Jackson Hewitt, and are very satisfied. Ms. Garcia is great at what she does, and that’s why we will continue filing with Jackson Hewitt.
