Have always had a great shopping experience at this H-E-B. Except for yesterday August 7. Cashier Nancy was being very rude towards customer, not only me. When asked by another customer what was wrong she mentioned she was in a bad mood because of lack of sleep. Lack of sleep does not justify rudeness.

Well first off I noticed when I put 30.00 of gas at WALMART, AT 2.92 A GALLON it gave me 3 quarts of the fuel leveler. Then I just put gas today I had 1/2 a quarter and it only gave me half a tank so what does that say?!!! I will always put gas at walmart from here on!!! Somethings wrong there!!!!

I love this heb, but one thing I don't like is that when its full and the lines are long, that's when they open a new lane, they just wait. And I had to walk around the aisles because of how long the lines were.

We we're greeted by 5 different persons in a great way , we're out of towners,we like HEB wish we had one .
Good prices as well as deals I like that very much ,I think they knew we weren't locals we were amazed at meat layout ?.The employees were outstanding in customer service!!!

Always a great shopping experience here at the HEB in Elsa. Great customer service and everyone is always really nice. Shout out to the bagger Carlos for being fast and willing to help me outside, he's a nice kid. Will continue to do my shopping here. Thank you

They should of build a bigger HEB, this new HEB in Elsa is still too small.
I give you a three because the customers still jam up and create delays for the rest. The cashier lines block customers from passing through as well.
