Went to the store Friday June 9 in the afternoon and a Younger dude tried to sell me an already opened Iphone 14 Pro Max. When I questioned why it was already opened and on he said it was to take pictures of the phone (which made no sense). I asked for a new sealed phone since it’s a really expensive phone and he said that’s all he had. When he was asking for my account information he put the phone down so I grabbed it so I can make sure it’s new and doesn’t have any scratches and he tells me “Don’t Touch The Phone”!! So I told him “you are selling me an expensive phone that’s already opened I want to make sure everything is good”. I left the store drove to Weslaco where they had new sealed iPhones and bought it there. Never again will I return to that store.

The lady’s working there have no customer service experience! Are un-helpful,rude, and can never answer a question about anything! They don’t know about phones, the don’t know about ur bill, they don’t know about anything , all they want is to refer to 611 . Really annoying when u go there for help or just for a simple question and they don’t have the knowledge or conmen sense to assist you! As much as jobs are needed there are people who will actually work and enjoy there jobs and are willing to help instead of being there with there mind somewhere else and having bad attitude. Unbelievable!

Stitched over from Verizon where i was paying $150. They have me a free month for switching over. I bought a phone practically like the Samsung Note but cheaper na better speaker. I now have unlimited gigs 4g LTE n the freedom i wanted plus I now pay half a bill. Very helpful Reps n knowledgeable.
They just need more products for phones....like cell phone concer covers the tempered more
