Driving thru Elsa, after a Dr's appointment, and hungry, saw brisket place, actually made a u-turn, well, it was worth the turn, the brisket was super delicious and yummy, so tender, the buns soft, onions, pickles ? the right amount of barbarque sauce....l am not from the area, but well worth the stop ?

Best seasoned chicken around. Always get the wings and chicken fajita (thighs) for our family BBQs from here and I'm from Weslaco. Worth the drive in our opinion.

This spot is one of the only meat markets in Elsa. That means it offers convenience if you need some meat quick, but I think it also means that the pressures of competitors doesn't drive them to offer a better selection. I came in for some steaks (almost any steak honestly) but didn't see much variety outside of sirloin.
