“I was impressed with the guy that stopped what he was doing to take a couple minutes to take a look at my car. I could tell they were busy but he still took the time and refused and tip or compensation. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
This tells me they care more about us than the bottom line. I recommend this mechanic and I will my car in their hands next time it needs work.”

“This happened in 2022: wow, I came in the door and I'm the only other person in the lobby besides a lady leaving her keys at the front desk and even when she leaves, my existence isn't acknowledged. One of the mechanics sees me standing at the desk twice and twice he turns back to his computer. Another mechanic comes in while I'm standing there and likewise ignores me. Only the owner greeted me.

This stings even more when I'm here to pay a $1000+ bill.

Every time I have taken my car here they do a good job but this last time when they replaced the fan, I expected things to go back to normal as they were and instead the fan makes a lot of vibrating noise for example if I leave it in park or I am stopped at a light for a bit too long. I took it back and asked the technician to check it or maybe the fan is unbalanced or something as they told me in Fiesta Chevrolet... But when I needed the damn thing to make noise so the technician could see and hear it it didn't and he said that it is fine... I disagree. I may not know anything about mechanics but I do know that when something is fixed it should be left as it originally was. As if nothing were wrong.

I know prices have increased everywhere but jfc a diagnostic is ridiculous.”

“Had to wait on line 3 minutes. Questions were answered in a quit hurry kind of way. Employees need to be more friendly to customers by phone and in person. Being rude and looking / sounding stress when asked something that is part of their job is unexectable.”
