I wanted to share my experience that i had with big tex trailer world in San Antonio, Tx. My big tex 40ft trailer that i had purchased new about 3 weeks ago from a big tex dealer in Fl ended up having a massive failure that was caused from a manufacturer defect. The trailer failure happened right up the road from the big tex trailer world in San Antonio, so i had brought the trailer to them. The guys at big tex trailer world (the store supervisor John and the front counter/office associate Tyler) worked very hard with the big tex warranty company and the big tex dealer that i bought the trailer from to find out a solution to get me back on the road asap. They were able to jump through all of the hoops with warranty and do a complete axle swap on my trailer in the same day to get me back out on the road. Big thanks to John, Kyle and the technicians for professionally and efficiently handling the situation!

I, like so many others, had a great experience with salesman Tyler Ludwig. Very attentive, and squeezed as much as he could out of the cost of the trailer. Manager John Smith was also very courteous and helpful throughout the process. I can’t speak for the trailer yet, due to just buying it yesterday, but it’s done very well so far. Followed me all the way home and stayed where I parked it last night. Hope for a great relationship.
