Lady must have had a bad night. Walked in and was greeted with attitude. And she didnt like when i turned around and walked out while she was talking. Terrible individual here.

It's almost 6pm and mail still hasn't been delivered. Give them Veteran's Day off and they forget to deliver the mail. I guess they needed another day off.

I went in today to fill out the change of address form. The clerk seemed to be in a huge rush, gave me form and told me to fill it out and dashed out, didn’t even give me a pen, I had to lean over the counter and dig a pen out of the holder. Then I filled out the form and needed to give it back to her but she wouldn’t return, I said “Ma’m” fairly loudly several time and she still didn’t return. I could hear several ladies talking in the back. She finally returned and said, “oh you’re done.” Like how long did she think it would take????? I am glad I am moving and won’t have to deal with this kind of customer service in the future. Hideous. I hope she actually processed my form, she just looked at it and stuck it in a box.?

The best service of any post office .Staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful,always willing to hold packages for pickup even at the last minute.Will look for packages even before they are sorted

Thus post office is the worst. 0 stars would be more like it. Stuff always arrives from ft. worth and sits there instead of being delivered. This is the second package this week which is going on 2 days past tracking expected date. No wonder usps is not doing well. Fedex and ups run circles around this horrible shipping option as long as the shipping choice chosen from them does bot involve usps handling your package. We have had live animals die because they don't deliver as expected.
