This place is a scam ! They get you to rent to own claim it’s 60/40 but when you pay or ask the loaner they tell you only 20 percent goes into the payment so you basically loose money, big scam !

Don’t purchase trailers here ! Very bad made trailers with no warranty !Don’t buy one without trying it out bad welds and non straighten welds ! Siding

We contacted Tim through a Facebook ad. He told us about a used trailer located at his Huntsville location. We were approved for financing through Rock Solid. Rock Solid requested paperwork that the dealership could not provide. While we were waiting on the paper work, Tim informed us we better get the trailer fast or someone else could buy it, he told us to go through a rent to own place, that they use, so we could secure the trailer, then, when the paperwork came back for our financing we could transfer to Rock Solid. Paper work did not come back that Rock Solid needed, now we are stuck paying rent to own, for 4 years! We now have to go through our bank for financing to get out of this rent to own situation. I have sent emails and text messages to Tim with no response.
