I recently hired Randy and his team to remodel a home that I had recently purchased. It was definitely a fixer upper. Had I not had RN Home Improvements and Repair as a partner on this project, I am not sure I would have taken it on. Thankfully I had a great team to lean on for the remodel. Having worked with RN Home Improvements and Repair in the past, I knew I would be working with a dream team to bring the home back to life. With attention to every detail and the seasoned technical expertise to handle any needed repair appropriately, Randy and his team remodeled my home from top to bottom. One thing I have to say that sets the company apart is their client service and a keen design sense. This is not just a General Contracting Company, but a complete home design, General Contracting and construction management service. Randy took the time to speak at length with me to provide his recommendations and also get a sense of my own preferences. I called a few days ago and they refused to come out and give me an estimate and wanted to do it over the phone. How are you going to give an estimate without seeing the house? Do you guys not want my money? Don't waste your time with these guys. They're a bunch of scammers.Response to the owner: I do NOT have a trailer house. I specifically stated that I had a 2500 square foot home. My house is appraised at $375,000. You are too lazy to come give an estimate. You wanted to do it over the phone. I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere because they obviously don't want it.

Randy, and his team, did a great job transforming our 1971 ranch style home, into a beautiful new updated home. He paid attention to detail, and fixed things that happen to come up, that we weren’t aware of. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. He kept in touch with anything that came up, and was quick to fix it, and make it right. Overall the final transformation was better than we could’ve hoped for. We definitely recommend him, and will give him a call in the future, if he’s needed.

RNHI completed a remodel on our home after our water heater exploded. They were quick to come out and evaluate the damages when other contractors were several weeks out. Provided a bid and started work immediately. They were very professional and courteous completed the job in a timely manner. The work looked absolutely wonderful and the price was within our budget. Randy at RN Home Improvement has done a phenomenal job on my home. We brought him in for a bathroom remodel and have been so happy with his consistently high quality work that we had him roll it into remodeling the upper story of the home and intend to have him remodel the rest of the home as soon as we can.Overall could not recommend him highly enough.Services: Install flooring

Would highly recommend this company. Randy was prompt in responding to my request for a quote on bathroom remodel with some structural repair. Prepared an upfront quote with full explanation of repair/remodel. Suggested options for remodel, provided ongoing project updates, and goes the extra mile to ensure quality workmanship. Job was completed on time and in budget!! Bathroom is beautiful...very pleased customer.

Randy provided a written estimate for the repairs needed and answered all of our questions.We hired his company to complete some major home repairs on the outside and inside of our home. They did a great job and will use them in the future if needed.Highly recommend them very professional and stayed on budget.
