I had been trying to get the AC fixed in my RV for about 2 weeks, calling mobile repairmen and trying to get on their schedule to no avail. I called Paul and he showed up 45 minutes later. He diagnosed my problem in about 10 minutes, and then completed the repair in 45 minutes. He was prompt, timely, respectful, professional and I could not be happier with his service. The gentleman first accused me of calling twice, then asked "do you need a repair or what?!?!" He ordered me to "get to the point". I informed him that now I will not be doing business with him. I'll conclude our entire conversation took 59 seconds. This was a fail to support small local businesses during this time as much as I want to. Potential customers do not deserve to be spoken to in that manner of disrespect.

I had a problem with my refrigerator and called Paul for a mobile assessment. He responded within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and within two days I had a working refrigerator. Also he worked with my insurance carrier for my reimbursement. His work is excellent and his work rate is the best around. As an added bonus Paul is a real nice guy.
