The staff was super friendly and Aaron took time out of his day to shoot the breeze with me.

Every time I call they sound so lazy I kinda feel bad when I ask them what colors they have available because they make this weird lazy sound. I love there products but there costumer service is just not there .

There aren't enough amazing things I can say about Maker's Leather Supply!! Always treated amazing and like family when in the store. Great selection of items to pick from. The staff is always willing to help answer questions. The only place we get our leather and supplies.

This is possibly one of the best leather stores in the entire United States. The staff is super knowledgeable and they have an incredibly wide selection of leather and leather tools. This place is perfect for the beginner or the advanced leather worker.

They have any material you could ever imagine to want. They have a total selection of all accessories you will need, not counting tools. Their customer service is top-notch as well. Thank goodness they are two hours away from me, or I would be there multiple times a week.

Every in store visit has been spectacular. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Aaron’s YouTube videos are also very helpful and much appreciated, especially since I have only been leatherworking for 4 months. When I purchased a side of their cowboy pull up online and had it shipped, there was a huge almost 12” scratch right down the middle of the side. The side itself was also smaller than advertised. When I reached out, I got no response. I was just disappointed because leatherworking is a really expensive hobby to get into, and I don’t feel like that particular side was worth what I paid for it. It’s been great to work with but I’ve been limited to using it for smaller projects due to the side size and also size and location of the scratch.
