“Five stars for the sales department, today the young man behind the computer in the service department not so much....brought our F150 in for "The Works" since we had purchased a service package.My husband and I totally understand that it takes a while for all the services to be completed and we're okay with that but after the young man that had done the work on our pickup brought in the paperwork and my husband's keys to said young man behind the computer at the counter the said young man turned his back, before calling us up to the counter, for approximately 5 minutes vaping to get his nicotine fix. He finally called our name and the transaction was completed. We didn't appreciate having to wait for his nicotine fix to be done. End of rant.”
“Terry and his staff were amazing! I had a scratch on my car from the car wash facility and they fixed it in less than an hour. I was only going for an estimate to take back to the car wash facility but Terry asked if he could get one of the guys in the back to try and repair it right quick. Heaven sent staff!! I got the wrong alternator and the other one was in valley mills but I had no way of getting there, Samson went out of his way to go get it for me and Mike made sure to look up the TSB that warned me to have a fully charged battery to avoid damaging my brand new alternator. I dropped off my car and within 5 days he called me back and told me it was ready and that he got the price down to $200 less than what I was previously quoted for at another body shop!
