I want to thank Elandra at the Elgin Walmart. This young lady was so polite and helpful she restored my faith in the younger generation and Walmart!. Quite the feat Elandra. (not sure about spelling of her name)

Worst experiences ever!!!!!
1- my sister literally got punched in the face by one of the employees after the employee called her a racist. Little did she know my sister's husband is a black man.
2- my dogs are literally going without dog food tonight because I couldn't get in and out in time for them to get off early. I literally made it through the door at 10:56. The first door guy was a little fussy. The other guy said hurry up and go get your dog food man you got a few minutes. So I literally ran back got a bag of dog food made it up to the cashier and the first door guy had them closed down early so I couldn't get my dog food. I asked what time do you close and they said 11:00. I said obviously not cuz it's just now 11 and I'm trying to pay. Another lady walks up with clothes that she obviously had to pick out took lots of time to try on things like that and they wouldn't let her pay. Totally inconsiderate very lazy and the worst customer service I ever seen in my life I am a business owner I know better. So my dogs go hungry tonight because some guy wanted to get off early
