This post office is hands down the BEST one I’ve ever interacted with. I am an online seller as my full time profession. They are incredibly nice, take care of me in every way necessary and are all extremely helpful. People need to remember to thank them for positive interactions. Postal workers seem to only receive negative attention…they are people too! Put yourself in their shoes and address them accordingly. They follow the rules and I appreciate that because I always know what to expect. Without them, my business could not successfully function. Thank you! I love you guys!

One person staffed to handle every day business and trying to run passport applications at the same time? Agent left the desk with 6 people in line? I spent 45 minutes inside this location waiting in line and witnessed the lady send at least 3 people away for their passport appointments. It seemed like they just didn't want to do passport applications that day and found a reason for everyone to be turned away.

Applied for my passport & paid for it to be expedited on 04/2023 and have called the Passport line and have been told they haven’t received the application, until this day!!! It was a lady with piercings all over her face. I think my money was stolen.

Most horrible post office that I have encountered... They mark packages delivered but are not in my box. I got my package 2 weeks later . Everytime I go in there I see the employees throwing people's packages.

The absolute rudest employees I’ve ever come across. I rarely go in but both times this year my packages were “held per customer request” which was not true I was treated disrespectfully. I dread having to go in. They need further training on dealing with customers or find another profession if you can’t be kind and respectful to people. Both occasions were an inconvenience to me and not my fault yet I was yelled at and not helped.

I previously gave this office a really good review because when you go into the office they are very efficient they know what they're doing and they get you in and out.
Unfortunately when it comes to missed door deliveries and redelivery requests they never honor the redelivery request or their own pink notices informing you of the date that they will redeliver, written by them in their own handwriting. I had to go into the office to get the last delivery and I will no doubt have to for this one also because the office closes at noon today and still no redelivery has happened, it's noon now. And for the record, yes, I have signed, selected an option and attached the pink slip back on the door plus I left a handwritten note to please knock loudly but for what? They aren't coming back.
Next Day Air never arrives the next day. 2nd Day Air has a 50/50 chance of arriving on the 2nd day. I've received at least 3 refunds in the past year and will receive another for last week's letter when I go next week to pick up my package.
Please don't bother yourself with filing a complaint with usps's main united states office, as I discovered on more than a couple of occasions including for last month's issue, they defer the issue back to the local office you're complaining about then the local office calls you back like, what's wrong ma'am, why are you so uptight, is it because I'm not going to be of any help and you and I both know it?

Hate this place with a passion. They close 45 minutes early. And they are particular about how a package should be packed and they won't take it. I go to another USPS with the same package and they took it. This place is hell

The front woman with colored hair yelled at me. I only needed to ask a question; I am a woman and the following person was a man. She treated him good. What is wrong with these people?
