Awesome guy working there helped me out. I forgot to put one piece of paper in some thing I mailed, I called he pulled it out, so I could return, and he fixed my mistake for me. Went out of his way not something he needed to do but just was kind enough to help out. It was amazing important to me. Thank you.

Love printing here!!!! I live in Bastrop and make the drive to this location because of there beautiful and bright printing. I get my prints here for my cakes and their paper quality is exceptional. Definitely my go-to for my business. Also customer service is great! Thank you UPS Elgin.

This is by far the best and most professional staffed UPS store I have experienced. It is obvious the staff here works as a team and are knowledgeable in the services they provide. They have made flyers, zoomed and laminated documents for me. Not to mention the help with my multiple Amazon returns they do so patiently. They are opened 7 days a week and Holidays may be an exception. Though I could go to another UPS store for services, I choose to come to this one for the outstanding customer service they provide.

I had to get 110 memorial booklets for a family funeral… Brian and the crew went above and beyond, helping me with formatting and high quality printing. 24hr turnaround. It was exactly what we needed and the service was top notch.

Ok first of all before you start your job learn how to do it correctly. First thing to ask should be where and to what mailing addresse to return to before qouting prices. This lady was bouncing all around with prices and services and trying to explain everything that made no sense. When I told her that she was not making sense and thaT we had already gone around in circles enough i told her that i was leaving and she started begging me to stay. I was done and was leaving it was super sad to watch. As I was walking out she told me thank you and to have a nice day and then proceeded to tell me how rude I was. I just turned smiled at her and said thank you and waved goodbye. Super sad this person should proly find anotheer job not dealing with people, she was literally having a melt down because I did not want to mail my very important document letter with her. Dont know her name but she had red curly hair in a pony tail and a blues eyes llittle heavy set. This company might need to evaluate this lady and get her some help this was super sad for me to watch and a huge waste of my time..

I was in a bad mood to begin with but.....my resin going back to Amazon were sticky I didn't realize it until I was getting out of the car. The employee immediately started telling me that they couldn't be shipped that way. If I were in this store I would have immediately said hey do you need some help cleaning those they look sticky? No infact it just got worse. Then I go to car clean them (they weren't that bad to begin with) he continues the lies about how he couldn't box them up because now its that they are open and how Amazon wont except them. Lies. That's not what Amazon told me. When I asked manager name he says employee.....I asked his name he says employee...I asked for store number silence from the peanut gallery. As I get into car and tell my husband here he comes. He can ship them but he just didn't want us to have a problem because Amazon wont take them blah blah blah my husband is like ok I said nope let's go I'm done I'll take them to a different store. P.s. Amazon the fact that I have to go to the UPS store for returns is stupid.

This business is a family owned and operated franchise. The staff is very helpful and works with each customer to give them the service they need. They are also polite and respectful to each customer.

The older lady with the black hair is so short and rude with you. Barely acknowledges you especially if it’s end of day. The blonde lady is always nice. They need to understand customer service skills if they’re going to run a ups store. Smh next time I will say something.

This location is amazing. While Family owned and operated they are bound by corporate rules still. Don’t give them hell for having to abide by these rules.In my experience they have gone above and beyond to help me get my packages and returns sent.

Plan to spend some time in line waiting. Employees are rude and look like the are not very happy. I will not return! All they needed to do was scan an Amazon return code.

Horrible attitude! The guy ignored my “hello” upon walking in. Snickered at the format of my print job. Proceeded with a hypothetical situation in which in the future they’ll likely be busy and not have time… I politely apologized and said it was the easiest for me and other customers would probably follow suit. You know, we all use our cellphones for everything. He then started railing about up charging me with fees for using a different machine with major sass. I was just there because I’m waiting on the toner I ordered for my printer to arrive. Wouldn’t recommend, the items printed were two UPS labels. I then thanked them for a “pleasant experience” and left. They’re a feisty duo, proceed with caution.
