Paid my unit on time for 5 years. Have had a hard time this past year with my fiances torn hip ligament and getting the money from the settlement agreement. Was willing to work with someone who was over 3 months late but as soon as im over 2 months late when I have been in contact with them or should I say me emailing them and them ignoring and acting like they never received it, post my unit for auction so now I have to pay the auction fee when I have been telling them whats going on they just ignored me blatantly. Do not rent here. They make over $60,000 a month from all the units and they act like they're broke. Like I said DO NOT RENT STORAGE UNITS FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE.

Rates are affordable. They have a restroom inside. Don't have to go to the office. Clean. Climate control. Nice people.
