I took my daughters car here after very small fender bender, because it's a local shop and we live close. That was a mistake. I had to tell the shop to redo almost everything, the paint job was trash and it was still just not up to new car standards. It was almost new and I should have gone somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Cheap work shows.....I could go on with more details but just know you can find better shops .... unless you drive a junky car I would love to give zero stars

Stay away.. I had my work van go in for insurance repair after a front end collision and after several months, my employee picked up the van and the AC did not work, the air bags error light was on, banging noise under van an d several interior panels not installed properly. After telling them the issues, they said they are only a body shop and we should take it to a mechanic! Needless to say, the insurance company (Utica) wasn't paying any more and i was out a lot of money. I had to submit one star to be able to send this review, otherwise i would give a zero rating.

I brought my car to Serannos Body Shop after it was backed into a tree. We agreed on a price and he agreed to do the job. Said it would take a week. A week later I come by and find he did a great job on the paint work but left a part of the plastic that was damaged (scuffed) on the car and also the chipped tail lens. I also learned after the fact that he only takes cash. NO credit cards. I was able to scrape up everything but $40 dollars in cash and suggested that since the job wasn't perfect that he let the 40 slide. He refused and went and borrowed 40 to just get my car back. NOT recommended.Service: Painting
