“We had been doing a new yard design for our backyard and we chose on style of rock to go with but unfortunately we ran way short on the amount we were needing we was going threw hell trying to locate them. Finally thank goodness for Google we found only one place that their website had and yes we checked many places going calling researching on line. So Monday morning 8/6/24 I called Elgin Tractor Supply in Elgin TX. So spoke with a gentleman named Christian about the Rock. He ask for the sku code and informed me they infact did have just 30 bags left only in stocks. The unfortunate thing is they were in Elgin we in Round Rock a good little 45 minute drive away. But we had done started the project and needed the same color style as what we had. Christian was so very help in ever means of the word. He ask my name and said he would put the amount of bags that we needed on a cart and have them ready for me on my arrival, which was 15 bags. Once I got there to he sure we didn't miss measure we wanted 3 extra bags and thank goodness they still had them in stock.
So Christian went and landed another 3 extras with the 15 he had already on the card YES waiting on me as promised. What a great guy. 5 Stars for Christian he was our life saver for sure. And a very kind guy and helpful as all get out. Even as I was starting to leave I over heard him on a woman that was there that couldn't speak English it looked like and he was talking to someone over the lady's phone letting him know what she needed.
