Nothing wrong with the grocery part, but the car wash is trash! The vertices spinning brush doesn’t even touch most of the car. (I have a decent sized SUV, so no it’s not because it’s too small!) even still it’s supposed to be laser sensitive to whatever car is in there so that it doesn’t damage or, in my case doesn’t get close enough.

My wife was at the Elgin location with our grandson. They would not allow use of a bathroom except for a portapotty outside in the rain. Very poor customer service. She asked several employees including the pharmacy. They just shook thier heads.

UPDATE---in their response you'll see they say they are trying to "maintain environmental progress" which is a total cop-out. IF THIS STATEMENT WERE TRUE AND NOT A LIE........ They would not sell cigarettes which kill people directly and the second hand smoke from them kill about 2000 people a day!!! And also disposable diapers; they sell those, which are much worse for the environment.
GET RID OF THOSE TWO THINGS AND THEN I WILL BE LEAVE YOUR LIE THAT YOU'RE TOUTING ABOUT BAGS!!!!!!
Stop charging for bags! I really cannot stand H-E-B. employees are super rude and the whole bag issue about charging for bags is ridiculous!

Shelves are always empty so do they not have product or no one to stock the shelves??? So irritating! Employees are nice but either the manager is not keeping up or the store can’t get product. Either put up a sign saying you can’t get something or STOCK THE SHELVES!!!!!!

I’m a delivery driver and have delivered all over the US. By far this H-E-B curbside is the best iv worked with. From picking groceries to getting them in your car, number one in my experience. I appreciate the curbside manager I spoke with today on my way out of town. Very kind gentleman, thank you for your time and all you do for customers and staff at your location.

How you can tell someone over the phone a prescrition was $45.00 and when you get there they tell you it's $90.00 really i did call and no one was picking up the phone to answer me
