I provided my address to Leticia Calvillo for my mortgage loan payment booklet and never received it. Had to go to the bank to make my payment and I inquired about it and the teller just said she will open a ticket.Emailed Leticia and asked if the payment book could be overnighted since I should have had it for my initial payment. She asked me again for my address. Three days later I emailed her again and she said the loan department mailed it on Friday and your next payment is due 11/6.I didn’t get an apology for the inconvenience of having to go to the bank to make a payment. I didn’t get an apology for not mailing it initially. I didn’t get an apology for not overnighting it per my request due to their error. Very poor customer service.

Is there somebody else that works with loans? I never heard back from Mr gonzalez, so I just gave up, who wouldn't after 3 months of no answering; and my husband 3 weeks ago, tried to reach him, and still havent heard back.

My account gets locked frequently. There's no 24 hours costumer service number to call after 4pm. And for some reason my account info is never updated. I'm closing out my account tomorrow this is too frustrating.

Great customer service, be sure to meet Jessica Rivera while you're there, she is a Super Star, great smile, very friendly and professional. I have some special needs and she listens, let's me finish without interrupting or trying to finish my statements or questions, and then answers my concerns with ideas and solutions in a way that makes sense. I give them a thumbs up for seeing me as a person, then a customer and more importantly as a friend or part of their family. Special KUDOS to Jessica for setting the friendly tone of the whole First National Bank of Elgin.

Awesome bank, but their website is fubamentally broken. Every time we try to log in they ask us a security question that is not on our account. Constantly calling to get it fixed. I recommend getting paper statements.
