They were very professional and easy to work with on my schedule. They are cost was affordable. They did an excellent job and actually did a little bit more than what they estimate called for. I would highly recommend this body shop to anybody that needs bodywork done on their vehicle. They work with several different insurance companies. They are the best thanks again to all the people involved in my repairs at Bob Dorsett's body shop, Elgin Texas.

When I say above and beyond, I mean truly above and beyond. The right side of my car needed serious work after an unfortunate incident involving heifers, a fencepost and one huge black beefsteak angus bull. Not only is the work done on the right side of my car pristine, as well as the paint job, but they went an extra mile and touched up other dings in my car that had chipped paint and Scott, in seeing my rear view mirror mechanics didn't work from it being "sprung" at a local car wash, applied black bondso to it so it would stay open and not be against the side of my car! And his sweet wife offered, if I couldn't get a ride to Elgin after dropping off the rental car, she would come and pick me up! Unbelievable. The job was finished sooner than I imagined with so many extra and thoughtful touches they did. This place exceeds expectations in every way!Services: Painting

Scott Dorsett and family run body shop is great. They stand by their work and it is AAA+++ . The staff is friendly , and extremely accommodating. They have been backed up with work as all contractors. I would wait no matter for the fantastic job they did on my Toyota van from the hail damage!!

Having spent most of my adult life in the automotive business, you tend to seek out the best when you need body repairs. I have known Bob and Scott for many, many years. I would trust them explicitly with any repairs that I need. They are a family run business, which is hard to find any more. They look out for you and you can trust them. Corporations only care about saving money and their bottom line. The quality of the body repair and paint is outstanding! I would highly recommend this business.Services: Painting

My family has had any repairs for personal vehicles as well as our business trucks repaired at Dorset’s since my father did business with Bob Dorset over 30 years ago. Now his son Scott runs the business and does a fantastic job carrying the family tradition of auto body repairs.
