In 20 years of being a loyal AT&T customer, I can’t think of a single store that has not only given me the service that I expect, but has gone over above and beyond what typical stores do. The staff is incredibly cooperative, the manager gets involved in any complex situations And it feels less like an AT&T store, more like a “hey how can I help you your problem?” Type of a place. strong. A+++ feedback. I’m not the one who gives a lot of reviews, it was impossible to not give this team a kudos.

If there was a way to give 10 stars, I would. But there's only 5... Service here is amazing. They treat you like family here. Adriana helped me a lot and answered all of my questions that I had. She handled it like a pro. Will definitely come back and buy more products from this store. 1000/10 will recommend this store.

The lady that was there 7/22 at 10:34am was in a bad mood. Very confrontational, disrespectful and rude. We are having a billing issue with at&t & she very rudely explained that she couldn’t do anything about it in the store and proceeded to get loud with us and very condescending. Sweetie, it was too damn early for that attitude, she needs training on better customer service and to get her emotions on check, she was all over the place, looking goofy. She was going way too hard for only getting paid $17/Hr. At&t get better representatives that know how to speak to customers.

Didn’t catch his name, but thank god for this gentleman that works here for helping us break down our payments, and showing us we were paying for 4 lines instead of 2! Saved us over $100/monthly.Some of these phone companies just want their commission, but this place actually cares about what you’re paying and doesn’t tell you a bunch of lies just to sell a phone. Super happy(:

Went In to transfer my phone lines from T-mobile. Adriana was really nice and helpful, walked out same day with 2 new phones, excellent customer service! 10/10 recommend.

Walked in and was greeted by the rudest female ever, with an exasperated "What do you want?". I told her I needed to upgrade my tablet to the 5g Samsung they had in stock. She tells me to go sit, so I go over to the table. She is getting ruder by the second, and only after I've sat, she decides to tell me they don't have tablets in stock, and that I "should have called" as opposed to checking the website. I had tried to call the store for 2 days, but they didn't answer the phone. However, this is not information she wants to hear. She continued to be rude, and the spineless coworker she had allowed her to continue to be verbally abusive, so I gave her some advice on what she could do and went to Taylor.

My family is a 20+ year AT&T customer, and I had an emergency yesterday - of course, at an inopportune moment while at work. Unfortunately, my phone accidentally fell onto a gas station parking lot, and I did not notice until half an hour and 20 miles later. I retraced my steps and could not find it, so I worked in Elgin until the AT&T store opened, and I was their first customer of the day. Two things were fortunate: 1) That I was long eligible for an upgrade, and 2) That Timm and Adriana worked with me against the odds to recover my data and load it onto a new iPhone 14. These two were friendly, understanding, and very professional, and they endured two hours working with me, trying various methods for accessing my iCloud backup, and assisting me to try other methods suggested by an AT&T tech by telephone. We honestly weren’t sure we could pull it off, but they stayed the course, cheerfully, and we got through it virtually to the end. It was certainly inconvenient to pay over $150 yesterday, but, in retrospect, it was a small price to pay to resolve a disastrous mistake. Timm made it as convenient as he could with a B2G1 accessory offer and his handy knowledge that facilitated our success. In my last few minutes in the store - restoring my crypto wallet - the second customer of the day came in. She was looking for something specific that, unfortunately, the store did not have in stock. Adriana delivered the bad news, and that customer erupted in profane chastisement as she walked toward the door - it was the kind of language and rhetoric only spoken in seedy dive bars, isolated construction sites, and naval vessels. To her credit, Adriana remained calm, appeared unaffected, and simply apologized and reminded the woman that such language was useless and unnecessary.Now, Timm and Adriana’s knowledge was not perfect, but they had everything we needed to get me up and running again. Adriana had tried to explain to me that I could not use the new phone to locate my lost one, because we had transferred my iCloud account to the new one. However, this did not make sense to me, and I saw clues during the restoration process that indicated to me that each phone has its own identity - regardless of any iCloud account. Sure enough, once back on the road, I used Find My Phone to see both my new phone and the lost one on the map. I simply drove to the location, looked around a few minutes, and found my lost phone, smashed a bit from being run over a few times. This was not the ideal outcome, of course, but Timm and Adriana made my day the best it could be after my terrible mistake, and I heartily recommend them!
