“Rob is one of the most honest and humble technicians and human beings I've had the privilege of meeting and working with. Integrity comes naturally from him and his shop. I was in a really bad spot. My truck broke down, barely got us to R&Z. Nobody had the part my truck needed except the dealership 60 miles away and it was already closing time for R&Z. Rob and his wife didn't hesitate one second! They jumped in their car and took off for the dealer. They even offered to pickup dinner for my son and I! Rob and his wife got back with the much needed part, installed it, got my truck back on her feet and running perfectly. By this time it was hours after they were supposed to close! I offered to get a hotel room, and come back the next day, but Rob absolutely refused to make us wait. I also tried to reimburse him for his fuel and time it took to get the part that was 120 miles round trip and he wouldn't let me. Rob has earned my business for life. Talk about stand up individuals. Their work ethic and integrity is top notch and definitely something that this country could use more of!
