The lady there is hard of hearing or something, she didn’t listen to the cut I wanted 2 weeks before a graduation and completely screwed it up. They shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair

I had my hair re-styled today. The salon was very pleasant, and Carmen my stylist created a wonderful style. Verinia her assistant was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Carmen.

I really stumbled on this place by chance today and they were able to squeeze me in the same day because of a cancellation, so it worked perfectly. I've been getting highlights in my hair for 10+ years now and this was one of the best experiences I've had at a brand new place that hasn't worked with my hair before. Carmen thought it would be no problem doing what I usually do but she suggested something a little different (lighter face framing pieces and adding low lights) and I'm so glad I trusted her my hair turned out great! I will definitely be coming back.

I agree with some of the other 1 stars reviews. I called to find out about extensions.. The woman who answered the phone was super rude when I asked if they did them. She said no. I asked what services they offered and she said hold on and hung up the phone on me and then wouldn't answer until I called from my fiancés phone. I asked why she hung up on me and she told me she was busy? Guess she doesn't care about getting new clients

I asked for a trim and small layers. I ended up getting over an inch cut off, not sure why, and the layers were choppy. The front pieces are cut wrong and missing big chunks. My hair is uneven and just looks horrible. I’m unable to get a cut to correct the horrible haircut because then I’m left with a super short haircut that I don’t want. I’m embarrassed to even go out with my hair like this. Now I have to wait for it to grow back even.Service: Haircut

Dont come here! Super unprofessional! When I got here there was only one employee and she was gossiping with a friend at the front counter she told me to wait 5 minutes I thought maybe she was waiting for another employee to show up, we'll I was wrong!! she made me wait for 10 minutes until she finished gossiping with her friend then when her friend left she attended me!! There was no other customers just me and her friend! They also suck at cutting hair! Don't waste your time here I wish I could give 0 stars!!Service: Haircut

This is my second time coming with Carmen. She has cut mine and my daughters hair and she does an awesome job! I absolutely love her work! She dyed my hair this time with highlights and I love them. I highly recommend her solan, you can't go wrong!

I absolutely loved Carmen I've come to her before for just a regular haircut and she did a fantastic job, this time I decided to come for highlights as well! Her work was phenomenal and it was exactly what I had asked for. I honestly think she made it even better!

New in town and in desperate need of a haircut - I found Stilo Hair Design online. It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment within the week. Carmen was amazing - she asked for photos and we had a great discussion on what my goals were for the haircut before we started. They did a wonderful job keeping social distance and ensuring everything was clear between customers. She is genuine, polite, and a true professional.

Really sad. Google says this place was open and I'm outside and there is a flashing open sig. But the door is locked and noone is answering. I should have called prior to coming. Will try again and change my review if they're open next time

Carmen did such a great job with my hair! She was able to turn my at home messy bleach job into a miracle. She was able to make me platinum without damaging it any further (which is a challenge). This salon is a super friendly and welcoming place. I highly recommend coming here!
