They are great products, well made and for a good price. My complaint is that they put the paid product invoice in the package, which my customer found. Since the prices on the sheet were much lower than my proposal (because my price was incl install), still my customer balked and it really hurt our relationship. As a result the customer put the project out for bid. I ended up getting the job, but lost $2,000 in the process. When I called Yardbright to complain, they blamed me saying that I had not told them to send a blind invoice, and a lot of other excuses. (They had already emailed me a receipt, so there was NO need to put one in the box). I've never had any company put a receipt with prices on the box with the product in 40 years, so I didn't think I had to). The next order I made, I clearly wrote "NO PRICES IN THE BOX WITH PRODUCT". But I had it shipped to my house anyway, just in case. Sure enough, there was a receipt with prices on it in the box. These folk just don't listen. If you order from them, make sure you have the product shipped anywhere but to your customer!
