Always love shopping at Wal-Mart, don't you? Except when it comes to automotive like tires. Today, 6-11-2024, had a flat on the highway. Luckily, it was a small puncture on the side just past the tread and went down slowly from a mesquite thorn. I was able to pull off the road and change it. I buy the road hazard warranty, but this is the third time they have weaseled their way out of it. So much for that peace of mind.

Not a single checkout with a person there, I saw several people leave their carts with items in it because the lines were too long. Two persons that left their carts voiced their frustration and said they were going to another store, maybe at the other store they would get faster service.

If you feel like getting harassed for your receipt, this is a store, The clerk literally stood behind me. My whole transaction and told the lady at the door to stop me. When I was just buying dog food only. I understand what the job title is and what lost prevention is, but at least get associates that pay attention to stuff. And that aren't just cloudy headed.

Took my car in for new tires to be put on it in May 13th, 2024. Their employee raised my car and damaged the motor mount on the driver's side and they don't want to be accountable for their mistake. The arrogance and dismissive attitude of the manager of automotive is unreal. He claims to be a mechanic for 20 years + yet couldn't differentiate from a Nissan cube and a VAN? I wouldn't recommend this store for automotive to anyone, aside from waiting close to 4 hrs to have them destroy vital parts of your vehicle and have the audacity to deny it to assure they don't get in trouble is not ethical whatsoever. Never had any issues at the other locations. Bad work and even worse customer service.
