horrible customer service from the auto department. went to get an oil change and there was a lil bit of a line which is understandle, i can be patient, a young man working monday around 2:30-3 ish came up to our car and just said “what you want?” all rude and bothered then he said again rudely, “it’s gonna be a 3 hour wait” then when we were gonna leave he said “type shiit” like really? so unprofessional. if you don’t like your job then stay home. walmart managers do better and train your employees on customer service. i work at a store too and would never talk to customers like that no matter how bothered

This is the worst walmart in el paso. Even one employee I believe her name was Nancy who didnt speak english, wearing a crop top and had her gut hanging out (extremely unprofessional) who acted extremely rude when i tried asking for help. Why does walmart hire people like this? Embarrassing.

Best Cashier/ worker of the day goes to Alma. Someone give her a raise. I don’t know the last time I had a decent conversation with an employee at Walmart. That’s what it’s about.
