I was having a really hard time looking for a ninja air fryer but there was none on the shelf. As I was standing there I was approached by one of your associates named Steven and he asked if I needed any help, and I did need help! I explained I needed this air fryer and he saw that you guys had some in the back and brought it right out to me! He was awesome and showed me that good customer service still exist! Steven was awesome!
