I would rate lower but it's not fair to the rest of the pharmacy team due to one person. If the employee Guillermo is in, you might as well go at a different time for your medicine. He will be rude to you for absolutely no reason and hang up on you when you need help with your medicine. I just want to make people aware so that they don't experience the terrible service I experienced today.

Poor service kept telling me prescription would be ready in an hour and that hour took 48 hours..they kept pointing fingers at other team members for not having prescription ready

I went to get my daughter's prescription and found out it was over $200. I said it would have to wait cause that was expensive. We ended up putting our money together and getting it the next day. That month was really hard on us. The next time I had to p/u a prescription I was told about GoodRX. Saved us so much money!SHAME ON THE LAST EMPLOYEE!!!! She knew we were struggling to find the money!! Go somewhere else! They DON'T CARE!!! ? I would give 0 or negative stars if I could!!!!

Drive thru takes too long. I don't know if they are under staffed or if they just do not know what they are doing, but waiting in line for over 10 minutes is bad service

"The 'hood" Walmart does the trick. Easy in and easy out while having all of the "Oh crap! We ran out of _____ and the party starts in 20 minutes" supplies. I've added a 4th star simply because they are just about the only place I've found that consistently stocks Dos Equis Amber...so it's worth the stop for me everytime.

This place is appalling in their sanitation efforts to stop the spread of Covid. They don't wipe down the registers or carts after use anymore. When asked why they aren't doing she Literally said to me "I can't get to all of them!" If I had actually seen an attempt to even clean one of them I could sympathize but there was no attempt at all! They used to good in the beginning of this pandemic but now that the spread is the worse it's ever been they don't make any attempt to stop the spread. Take your own wipes with you!

In line before closing time, the person in front took longer and they still just put up the closed sign even though I was waiting before.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes ( on my lunch hour) because someone (the patient)didn't setup their insurance info before picking up their prescription.I understand things take time but those patients should be told either to come in to the pharmacy in person or to come back in an hour until everything is complete.when I finally drove up to rhe window it literally took less than 2 minutes to get my prescriptions and I was on my way.

Great experience! Miguel, the manager at the pharmacy was so helpful. He took the time to explain the process and gave me advice on the prescription refills. He was extremely friendly, professional and went above and beyond the normal customer service.
