I have never felt more disrespected by a pharmacist than today. Nedu, pharmacy manager called me at 4:48 pm, he informed me he has decided to not fill my prescriptions as, two years back my prescriptions were pulled back by my doctors.....? Years back? I spend my winters in El Paso and for the last four years, Walmart is the only pharmacy I use. The last time was May2023, just before I returned to home I had my prescriptions filled. I have chronic, progressive, auto immune illnesses. The prescription refills sent by my doctors are life sustaining for me, I explained how for the last couple of years I always had my prescriptions sent to Walmart and I had never had any problem. "Yes, the problem occurred a few years back when they pulled your prescriptions and I had to write a report,"...... I begged him to at at least fill them one last time as, he called me so late on a Friday, it'd be impossible to have my doctors send new prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Befuddled stated his decision was final and I would no longer be welcome to take my prescriptions there...even after I reminded him the chemical imbalance caused by the lack of medication would cause me to have cataplexy attacks, regardless of all the purchases I make regularly and when I picked up my meds, Nedu said he has final authority and his decisions was final. Whatever happened to "Do no harm" why did he not have the courtesy to call me earlier in the day to inform me he would no longer allow my prescriptions to be filled there thus, allowing enough time to make a phone call to my out of state doctors? I'm devastated, as a loyal customer of Walmart I feel devalued and disrespected.

I try to talk to somebody walmart @ Horizon 4 days nobody answered me. Right here at Montana they help me in a minute. Thank you Stephanie.

Worst customer service. Order a medication for my daughter and when I arrived home notice the seal was broken. Call them to get this solve and waited for another 25 minutes just for the managed to say he checked the bottle before given to me and obviously this was a lie. All they did was sent me to a different Walmart pharmacy because the were out. It is a medication my daughter needs to take on daily basis. I ended up spending $50 on Uber because I had no car at the moment.

The workers in this Pharmacy Denied us the covid 19 vaccine...just because it was 7pm and they said it was kinda late...or make an appointment for next month, although these inepts have a sign that says clearly walk-ins welcome... now I see why they have so many bad reviews..

If no one in line you must still wait in line till the girls finish talking before they can help with The pick up of medication! It was really sad to see ☹️!!

My wife is sick and the medications wear close to $200.00 and my wifef insurance dosent kick in for another 3 weeks. The young lady behind the counter used some discounts to under $90.00 thank you very much for the help.

The worst. This is the third time they stranded me on prescriptions and didn't even bother to call and let me know they would be days later getting medications that were critical to my health. Boo! Walgreens may cost a bit more but at least i won't get sick because they don't have what I need.

Worst pharmacy ever they act like you have the time to be coming back-and-forth and only to have some of your prescriptions ready people do have to work by 9:00 a.m. when you open and people do have to only get out by 10:00 p.m. when you close so we do not have time to be coming back-and-forth because you are not doing your job correctly

I've been waiting almost four hours for my prescription. When I went to pick it up they said that they didn't have it ready because my Insurance didn't cover it! They didn't bother to call. When I called and asked to speak to the supervisor he hung up on me!!! Horrible service!!! Of course from now on I'll take my business to Walgreens I advise you all do the same!!
