Be careful of this pharmacy. Joshua claims for you not able to pay cash for your prescription because you have insurance on file. Of course, this is false. He will not budge and then hang up on you.

We drop off a prescription that's made out to MY SON. The pharmacy tech, god knows why, fills it in my husband's name? so when we go to pick it up, nobody knows anything about the prescription we're asking about. they finally figure out that this girl filled a prescription under the wrong name and then tells us "you'd have to say it's for you, or else we have to verify with the doctor." 1) it's not legal for you to give prescription medication to someone who doesn't have a prescription for it 2) verify with the doctor that the prescription she wrote really was for my son, and tell her that you filled it under a different name? 3) my husband agrees to pretend it's for him (because of their mistake and because they're telling him to) and then they say nvm, we can't do that, you have to come inside now so we can call the doctor...? Attention to detail and common sense isn't a requirement of working at a pharmacy I guess. Being that they deal with people's meds and the wrong ones could have serious consequences, that's pretty scary lol

I've been using this Walmart pharmacy for awhile now. The service is friendly and efficient. The text alerts for prescriptions is great also.

I'm trying to refill my medicines and it just can't, like they changed the automated system, and it can't, what courage I already tried several times since last night and nothing! Bad service!

When you get prescription orders and you don't take a customer's insurance, call your customers directly and let them know. Don't wait for them to go pick up the needed meds to tell them you didn't fill the prescription. By not calling them you delay the process for a sick child to get the meds he/she needs to help them calm the symptoms of an illness. It's irresponsible.

The pharmacy associates are very professional. Every time I need a refill from my doctor they take care of everything. They are very friendly and handle my prescriptions in a timely manner.
