Don’t even waste your time. The pharmacy is always behind, never in stock. JuanC or whatever his name is “leader” of the pharmacy is extremely rude and can’t provide proper information. Waste of time

It is unfortunate that this is one of the only pharmacies I can go to close to me that take my insurance. I put in an RX order on 10/2 to have ready bc I'd be out of town from 10/4-10/12. Order wasn't ready until 10/4. Then I called on 10/7 to let them know I couldn't pick up until my return and to please not re-shelve them. I go to pick them up on 10/13 and was told no prescriptions ready for me and that they would have to reorder them. Only to get a text 15 mins later that they were ready after I had already driven back to work. Super inconveniencing and incompetent. Wouldn't have minded waiting til they were ready instead of being dismissed so quickly. They were more concerned with giving me my flu shot right then and there, that I scheduled for 10/16 since I'd be off work.

Tried to get a prescription filled to that is required to be filled within a certain amount of time. They said there would be a delay but that they could fulfill it in 5 days. 5 days comes around and they said they could no longer fulfill it and to stop by and pick up my prescription as it was a paper prescription and wasn’t able to ordered online. I told them I was out of town and that the timeframe to fulfill the prescription was going to be passed by the time I got back from out of town. They didn’t seem to care and left it as my problem. Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had in El Paso.

I’ve never had an issue with this pharmacy, And the one time that I did they made sure to call and investigate the situation. Which I greatly appreciated. I left Walgreens pharmacy due to rude service. I appreciate Walmart pharmacy because you can tell that they don’t hate their job and they keep up with any complaints. I think this is due to the new manager. Appreciate you.

I did the on-line shopping and curbside pick-up today. And my order was incomplete. So, I called and spoke to Andres of the on-line pick-up department who provided poor quality customer service because he took too long in looking up my order. And then denied me a refund for an item that I had ordered and was not provided with. I then spoke to Team Leader Ekesha who also refused to provide me with my refund. In the past, the employee of the on-line pick-up department would write the refund request for a missing product on the order and forward it to their service department for follow-up. This time they refused to do it.

I booked covid drive thru test at this location, no line, no waiting, stuff is patient to explain the steps to me, u can stay in ur car and finish the test with ease the entire time. The self kit is easy to use and very convenience. Result came out fast, about 2 to 3 days, I got my result even on weekend via email. U can make ur appointment online in less than 5 min

Well...they messed up my pickup order the other day. I should've checked it before leaving the store but I didn't. I didn't notice until I was already home and I didn't want to go back. I wanted cherry Coke Zero instead of regular and I was given regular. They also didn't give me the two bags of pickles I ordered. They only gave me one. Some items were out of stock in my order. I don't know if that's the truth or they didn't feel like going to look for them. This was also pretty disappointing. The staff was nice and courteous when I went to pick up the items so no complaints there. This is the reason why I'm giving them three stars instead of two or one. This Walmart is closer to the one I usually go to on Paseo Del Norte. Now I know I'll probably continue going to the one on Paseo Del Norte. The staff there is always nice and I'm given the correct items. It's further away though. Me and the Paseo Del Norte location will continue to go the extra mile! (Literally and figuratively) Yeah, so a bit disappointing coming here. It's just too bad because it's so close to the house! I sometimes have the groceries delivered to the house but it's $7 plus a tip! Some days it's even $10. I probably won't be back to this one for awhile.

Not friendly to military families. Would not except DOD ID card with Benefits ID#, required that I give Social Security # even though that was removed from ID cards and replaced with benefit ID # years ago so you wouldn't have to give out your SS# everywhere. Not sure what nefarious reasons that they have for requiring it, because it sure isn't needed for billing.

Went to get my flu and shingles shot today just a bit after 9. Didn’t get the actual shot until almost 10 and I was the only one there! Processing the paperwork was relatively quick but the pharmacist took her sweet time and wasn’t very friendly. She was busy on the computer. Didn’t have the slightest interest in her waiting customer. When she finally did call me in she couldn’t find anything, first the gloves then the correct needle. After the injections, I had to ask her for basic info regarding the shingles shot I received, that was new to me. No info verbally or written offered. She clearly could not care less. Unfortunately I could not read her name tag it was turned in. I didn’t ask either bc I just wanted to get out of there. Maybe she’s new or subbing for someone but there’s no excuse for poor customer service.It’s really unfortunate because I really like that store.The curbside service is great and the in store staff like Danny, Shelley and Justin are amazing but you can be sure I won’t be using the pharmacy any more, very disappointed. But I will be back to the store, it’s great!

Wow! Why are people hating on this pharmacy??? Honestly ... they deserve more than 5 stars. Honestly the staff are always professional helpful and treat everyone with excellent customer service ! Shout out to Paola.. she’s always helpful and very nice to my family and I. Again everyone is always helpful! We’re blessed to have this pharmacy near our home ! This pharmacy is beyond excellent and provide fast service ! Thank you! ❤️??
