After just reading reviews guess I should have know better. Drive thru ALWAYS takes forever as customers we are expected to wait, was happy that I made it before closing waited in line patiently only to get to the window to tell me they are closed and come back the next day it 8:03pn and I am in shock was only picking up a prescription. No customer service skills not condescending to customer after all my life with Walgreens. Congratulations CVS you have a new customer.

Young man named Carlos has horrific customer service skills. He went out of his way to be rude with me 2x today. I was hoping on the second visit to pick up the meds he might have thought how rude it was to turn around while I was still speaking and tend to a drive thru customer that just pulled up. He was unable to locate 2 scripts and informed me that I showed up 4 min before closing. They had just opened and my scripts had been sent over almost 30 minutes prior. When I picked up my meds unfortunately he still was engrossed in negativity and when I was finished paying he wasn’t even professional enough to say thank you. I has to tell him the proper way to address a customer. If this young man is upset about working on Sundays, perhaps he should not be scheduled. I’ve never had anyone else treat me this way at this location. A man who was also at the clinic next door witnessed my first visit and he even commented that this young man is unprofessional and rude. Please teach Carlos that customers are the backbone of any successful business.

Incompetent pharmacy operations. Be careful with important refills as they will promise to fill and when you show up they are out of stock.

This location has one of the worst customer service I've ever seen at a Walgreens. My wife went in to buy some vitamins, and she went in on a Sunday when the sale of buy one get one 50% off. When she tried to purchase the vitamins with the discount they said it was no longer available at the discounted price. She stated to the very immature and inexperienced shift lead Kacee that she saw the discounted pricing still up, he told her he still couldn't honor the discount. They had another employee go and pull the discount stickers so when my wife tried to show them, it was too late.The problem isn't the fact they were calling my wife a liar and didn't want to help her, but the fact that this shift lead sat there and argued with her made the situation that much worse! Instead of de-escalating my the situation, he made it that much worse by arguing with her. At no point did he come up with any solution or tried to resolve the situation, which again made my wife and me that more outraged. I've never come across such an inexperienced and immature lead supervisor at any store like this Kacee, much less a Walgreens.The upper management in this Walgreens location need to train their lead employees correctly how to handle their customers, especially when they are upset and want resolution. This whole situation could have been handled quick and efficient if Kacee wasn't acting like the victim and talking to my wife they way he did.We are avoiding this Walgreens location from now on due to how we were treated in this one incident.Train your employees properly!

Worst pharmacy ever! I called to see if my order is ready and the lady had me on hold for 30 minutes and when they finally answer the phone the lady said “hello” one time and I was telling her my information when she hang up on me! I called back to let them know it was unprofessional what this lady did and she hang up on me when I was speaking not even a apology they did!

There's this one young lady with beautiful 90's hair in pharmacy, she is really helpful and is very calm with her work, gets everything done in the right way. Great job to her.

Worst pharmacist. My husband went in a couple of months ago to get two vaccines. He was told that it was too close to their closing time so they could not tend to him. Strike One! In Sept we both went in for our flu shots and his two vaccines (only a pharmacist can inject these vaccines). The tech advised the pharmacist of the vaccines and she told him (I heard her) that it would cut into her lunch time so she couldn't administer the vaccines. The tech told us that we will get the flu shots but my husband would have to come back for the vaccines. Strike Two!We didn't bother to give the ridiculous pharmacist another chance for a Strike Three.We've gone to CVS for our boosters & my husband's vaccines. BIG DIFFERENCE! A pharmacist that is willing to help people and looks forward to it.The Walgreens pharmacist at 12201 Montwood probably needs to call it quits she has forgotten how to be human.Walgreens, I hope you read this review and do something about your pharmacist.

I was on the line for more than 15 mins then when i got to the counter, the tech told me if i could go back to the end of the line (they were at least 6-7 cars behind me) because they were still preparing my kid’s prescription. (I called prior and was told that the prescription is ready for pick up) now that didn’t have a choice i had to go back in line that took another 25-30 mins. They need to hire more pharmacy tech or something, their services are so slow.

All associates I've met are friendly and knowledgeable, and you can really tell they try their best to help you to the best of their abilities. Best pharmacy in town! I'll definitely be back.
