I came a few days ago to pick up medication, they said it wasn’t ready but it would be ready the following day so I came to pick it up this weekend and they had nothing ready and nothing was submitted, vitamin D shouldn’t be this hard to get. This is why my kids medicine are switched to CVS, can’t rely on Walgreens anymore

Nearly impossible to get a hold of on the phone….don’t use the drive-thru if you value your time and fuel. Meds are often unavailable, lines inside the store move at a glacial pace: an all-around an abysmal experience.

For the past few months the pharmacy has been absolutely horrible. Waiting in line forever. They can never find medications. Lines are ridiculously long. They need more staff to make the process smoother and faster.

There is a girl I won’t say women bc she was acting petty and was yelling at my kids . Her breath stank while she was yelling at my kids .Her name is Gianna I don’t know who she is to be acting like it’s her store . She said she would call the cops on my 12 and 6 year old . My son has Tourette and can’t control his own voice trust me I’ve tried , but we have never gotten complained about his disorder. I would say no to this place ???

Thank you Yvette at Walgreens located on Wedgewood Drive in El Paso, Texas. All I asked for was just a bit of help clipping a simple .50$ coupon for eye drops and all I could get from you was just go into your account yourself and do it on your own. Wow - nice going! As far as the pharmacy goes, FANTASTIC! Thank you for your help.All it takes is one person to make a customer feel unwanted and/or unappreciated and Yvette at the front register took care of that just fine. No wonder I don’t visit this particular Walgreens.

Went in cause they messed up my calendar and they claimed they had to reprint it even though all they had to do was replace the thing that holds the calendar ?????? As well putting the wrong binding combo so we couldn't even flip it. The dude didn't know anything so he had to ask another lady who was rude. This Walgreens is walshit. Train your workers better.

Based on my various experiences here, I like this Walgreens more than others due to the good customer service I've received. Store is normally well stocked on items. No issues overall. Would recommend and would return.

Worst pharmacy! Was waiting for medication that was ready and I was in the drive through while the she/man took everyone else’s info and gave them their meds and ignored me after she took my info . Then 30 mins later comes to ask for my info again . They lost a customer and will be moving to CVS were customer service is great and fast

This store sucks. The pharmacy takes FOR-EVER and to make matters worse their drive thru system doesn’t work, hasn’t worked in about 2 months now. I’d rather deal with the traffic at Yarbrough and Montana and their one lane drive thru than ever come back to this one. Get you $h1t together Walgreens

This is a very busy Walgreens. But their drive-through has been out for A MONTH now. I went inside to pick up an RX that was called in 6 hours before. No, they said, we never got it. So I called my doctor, who informed me that yes, they'd sent it, and Walgreens send a "received" confirmation. The pharmacy tech said they were having 'network issues," and to come back later. An hour later I get a text saying it's ready for pickup. Six people are in front of me (because of the drive-through issue), so 20 minutes later they SHOW ME the bag with my medicine but say they can't give it to me because the linkage between Walgreens and my insurance company has been down all day and they can't get a price. I asked why they texted me that it was ready for pickup when it wasn't. The answer? They don't know. So now I can pay over $100 cash (for a generic!) and try to get my insurance to reimburse me later. No thanks. I asked them to try GoodRX. That link is down, too, apparently. At this point I've been there twice, 30 minutes each trip, and now I'll be calling tomorrow to see IF I can get my medication. As I left, I announced to the 10 people in line behind me, "Their links to the insurance companies are down, so you may not be getting your medications today." They need to put a sign on the front door so people don't come in there and wait a half hour to find out they can't get their meds! Normally I am very patient about things people can't control. But I do expect better management of the situation!

Very bad service ? I left my prescription at 10 pm they told me 1 hour. I arrived at 11 pm and they still didn't have it, they told me to wait half an hour and ask and they told me another 40 minutes no no?? 12:30 am I received the medicine for my daughter's bronchitis. 2 hours and half. I did 3 laps. From relief. This pharmacy is not trustworthy.

Tried calling, was on the phone for about 15 minutes and several times was taken off hold and put back on without anyone talking to me. Then, was hung up on with no answer.
