Was bombarded with pigeon poop while I waited for my prescription at the drive through! Pigeon poop completely covers the ground. And it stinks! The Walgreens sign houses all the pigeons of El paso. Gross.

I came to pick up a prescription that the doctor called in. I waited in line and then they told me it would not be ready for another 15 minutes and they would page me. I waited 40 minutes...nothing...got in line again and, once more they asked me to wait. After an hour, I picked up the prescription and one part was missing. I called and they told me it was ready (off course after waiting on hold). I let her know I was on my way and she didn't care to tell me they were going to be out to lunch. If you see my profile, I mainly care to leave praise and good start, but not this time.

It has taken me over 30 minutes and counting to speak with a representative in Spanish on the phone. It is unprecedented and even absurd.

Big slow guy that works graveyard needs to work on his customer service. Can be very rude and attitude-ish. NEVER seen him smile. Been going there for the past two years and its always unpleasant. Walgreens leadership, can you remind your staff to smile and say hello!! Basics. Geez. Clearly, this store is terrible all around though just by looking at the reviews.

Not even worth the 1 star. I was there for over an hour trying to get my meds. I am double covered and my secondary is CVS, but Walgreens accepts it along with about 30 other pharmacies. My husband had been getting his meds there with that same insurance for past year. The past few times, I just paid the co pay to get my meds, this time I was not. I pay for the insurance to use it.I showed to employee the card and stated I was double covered and this was the secondary. She took one look at my hand and said no we don't accept. I explained that my husband had been using same insurance at the very same location all year and on website it states Walgreens as an approved provider. She took it and walked away and left me there for a good 10 minutes. Came back said it was declined and I owed her $33. I told her to hold my order and I called my husband. He called insurance and their rep called pharmacy, was on hold forever and then the call was disconnected. First of all they had the wrong information, even though she tool my card with her. So I get on a 3 way call with my husband and the insurance rep and I go back to the counter and let her know that I have rep on the phone and that they were disconnected from pharmacy hold. She just states we don't accept that insurance.First of all, she was extremely rude and not even empathetic to someone being sick just trying to get their meds. Someone lied, as they do accept the insurance, or they don't know what they are doing. Regardless, this pharmacy is unethical and extremely unprofessional.I was there in their lobby for an hour when I could have been in and out in 15 minutes. I am transferring my family of 5 to CVS and we have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years.Walgreens Pharmacy on Shadow Mountain do better, and if you can't be empathic then maybe you need a new career path.

When calling the pharmacy it was a nonstop loop of hold music.. representative saying hi thank you this is walgreen…(hold)… then 5 minutes later another representative answers and hangs up this is by far ruining what Walgreens built long ago

Customer service does not exist here. They try to make it pass witha 'hello! Welcome!'. But between being put repeatedly on hold by pharmacy and it somehow taking 6 hours to transfer and fill a prescription- I have to say this location is the epitome of garbage. I do have to admit the doctor and Jesus at pharmacywere pleasant. Everyone else needs to be replaced.

It’s a disgusting place. Every time I took confirmation that it’s ready, then I go, they said, come after 30 minutes to two hours. I eventually going to change this pharmacy for sure.

Jose E .the shift lead is very rude went in for a door dash order and gave me attitude for no reason. After letting him know i had an order for pick he responds with negative attitude and rolls his eyes. Promote the people that actually want to be there to treat their customers right zero stars if i could.

Personnel gave me misleading information concerning a prescription on multiple occasions, causing several problems with my doctor's office and delays. I ended up transferring the prescription to another pharmacy and file a formal complaint.
