I am appalled
I was incredibly disrespected by the technician in the pharmacy tonight.
Last week I was told that my prescription supply was going to be ordered as it wasn’t available (I was not set for a refill at that time, therefore I was ok with the notion that my prescription supply would be available when it was due). When the tech came on the phone she said that the med wasn’t in stock and that it would not be in until Monday…I informed her that that was not ok in which she interrupted me obviously annoyed and claimed that I wasn’t even ready for my med to be refilled. I informed her that if she counted she would see it was day 29 and tomorrow is day 30. She continued to argue with me and flatly refused to give me her name after asking her multiple times.
She then passed the phone to pharmacy manager Danny (who honestly has been professional since I spoke w him last week) and he explained that he would hopefully have the med by tomorrow otherwise they would see what can be done.
WHY DOES IT TAKE THE MGR TO TELL ME THIS? WHY COULDNT THE TECH EXPLAIN THIS WHEN I INFORMED HER THAT WAITING UNTIL MONDAY WAS NOT AN OPTION. WHY DOES AN EMPLOYEE FEEL SO COMFORTABLE NOT GIVING ME THEIR NAME & SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER?
What is also very bothersome is that my Dr ordered my med 1/12 and it wasn’t filled until the 18th of January…..how is this at all safe or ok when it comes to having adequate continuation of care?
This is honestly sad….and I refuse to be gaslit into this notion that me requesting my med today was “early”. WALGREENS CORPORATE you all need to seriously look at the blatant unprofessionalism in your store.

So this Walgreens used to be very well run but I guess management retired and hired a bunch of poorly mannered individuals. Management is just as mannerless and tactless as the staff.1. Called as I was driving home from work to see if they had a certain brand of eye drops. Literally drove on hold the whole time (20 min) got to store and as I'm about to hang up girl gets on phone and says yeah we don't have those $30 eye drops. Idk if you could afford them...lmao2. Asked management for a product in cosmetics because it showed on app as being in stock. He swore up and down that it wasn't in stock. Refused to even go look. Got in my car ordered the items from store I had just walked out of and had it in 20 min at my house.....Like I said this place is a bad joke now

Walgreens needs to get there things straight I sent my husband for my medication because I can’t breathe And I paid it for the the same reason ahead of time and they were still trying to charge the whole amount again saying I didn’t pay. I send my husband the codes and the transaction where or went through and they still say I owe them the whole amount. And here I’m getting out of my house to go get my medication my self because they want to be dumb they don’t understand I didn’t go because it’s not a controlled med and because it’s hard for me to breathe!!

The staff seems friendly enough, they do rotate a lot. The online ordering can be fun and easy, but sometimes hiccups happen. Overall a good place.

Very convenient location on 2879 Montana Avenue is a great spot just next to the El Paso Police Headquarters. I was in need for immediate relief for my allergies and could find a great selection of nasal congestion and eye drops. They offer some deals of the week and the best of the week deals with up to 25 percent discount. They also have a passport and photo plus tech booth. Great selection of drinks and food for on the go rapid meals. So, this neighborhood certainly provides important access to basic medical and food and water products. You can also find some early Christmas and Halloween decorations. So, you really have something for everyone!!

My son needs his medication monthly and the dr sends prescription with enough time for them to order. They always change the day its set to arrive to the store. Definitely going to change locations. Don’t recommend.

I needed a passport photo asap as I had my appointment this morning and did everything last minute ?♀️…the man working at Walgreens was fast and efficient. Got my photo in less than 15 min. I wish I would’ve caught his name. Thank you for helping me get to my appointment on time!

This store always has low inventory on several items from candy to personal hygiene to otc meds. The store also suffers from low moral on behalf of its employee’s especially the ineptitude of its managers don’t bother asking them for help the could barely lift a finger in that direction. They (Management) are there unequivocally for the paycheck could care less about customer service to their patrons. I feel sorry for the cashiers because I would not want to work under this store management?. The pharmacy on the other hand is the only bright spot between the four walls always helpful and courteous.

When I go to Walgreens it's normally to pick up my prescriptions but you have all kinds of things there and if you want to know more about Walgreens then get off your rear ends and go there and look around. I promise you will find 99 percent of what your looking for.

I have given this pharmacy so many tries and every single time I am disappointed. They take forever to help you, never have prescription, and always fail to contact you about prescription. Don’t waste your time, just go to a different pharmacy.

Horrible horrible PHOTO SERVICEI ORDERED ONLINE BUT EVERY TIME I TRIED PICKING THEM UP THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER . Solution please cancel & reorder… did that Twice!!!Some work Christmas cards were shipped & I could cancel my order . When I finally got them worst quality & the amount I paid was a fairly price!!!! Please avoid this store!!!!
