Extraordinarily slow. Send to another pharmacy if possible. Prescription took much longer to fill than an entire urgent care visit including waiting room.

The pharmacy is not helpful to their customers. It may be that their understaffed but they seem to have lost all compassion for people. It’s really sad to see such a reputable company be represented by disgruntled employees.

Everyone at this store is not trained in customer service or in leadership. You can count on one hand how many good employees there are. The store is always dusty and dirty. Between the favoritism and lack of management, I have no clue how nothing gets done. If you frequent the store, you may notice it more. You can't really be upset with quality when the company does nothing about it. I see 5 years' worth of consistent negative review. A hand full of positive reviews. That's just embarrassing.

So unorganized. They say they will have your prescription ready in an hour and they never do. I won’t use them again.

Pharmacy is terrible. They're inefficient and take HOURS to fill prescriptions, giving incorrect estimates for pickup. Other Walgreens in town fulfill orders within a reasonable timeframe, but this location can't get their operations in order. Drive through pickup is also poorly run with inadequate signage for what line is used for which services. All around, you're better off going to a different store.

Awful experience, here’s a protip don’t even bother scheduling an appointment for a flu shot. Won’t matter, you won’t be seen. Also they will prioritize WALK INs for COVID booster over someone thats been waiting 40+ minutes over scheduled appointment time. Disorganized pharmacy staff. Ended up wasting an hour of my time and received no flu shot.

Placed on hold without asking by female staff who sounded rushed, I called about vaccine information, asked which was available, was told to go to website, asked her if she knew which were available and she stated " we have whatever is on the website" , this person didn't even offer to maybe ask the pharmacist or anyone else who might know. Websites do no answer all questions. In other words, she wanted me to go to the website and not bother her with questions. At least CVS will talk to you. Poor customer service is one of my pet peeves, I will not tolerate it. I am in the health care field, I wonder how she would feel if I gave her or her loved ones the same kind of inattentiveness.

Pharmacy completely neglects you if you’re picking up a script and prioritizes shots. Waited an hour and 10 minutes for a script and they didn’t give it to me until I came up and asked a second time on how much longer it will take. Got my script right then and there. Horrible customer service

The store clerk forgot to place my medicine inside the shopping bag. I did not notice until I was home. I called the store and requested they hold it for me u til my relative could go pick it up. The next day when relative went to pick up they refused to give him the medication. This store has so many incompetent employees working there. Do yourself a favor and shop at CVS instead!

A solid ZERO. Horrible attitude all the time and never have prescriptions on time but they always manage to close perfectly 5 minutes before closing time.

Horrible service! I was in the drive thru for pick up at 1:21. They told me that I need to go to the second line for pick up even though no one was in the line. I need to back up my car and change lanes. Then no one came to help me for 8 minutes and lunch time came and they did not want to help me. Told me that I need to come back after lunch. All walgreens have the same disregard for their customers.

I’ve been waiting over an hour past my vaccine appointment. If you can’t honor an appointment time, at least have the courtesy to notify your customers/ allow them the opportunity to reschedule.

MINERBA IN THE PHARMACY IS THE MOST RUDEST PHARMACIST THERE CAN BE. COULDNT COMPLETE MY PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY. IM PREGNANT AND SHE STATED ITS NOT HEE PROBLEM THAT THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO. TOLD ME SHELL CALL ME BACK NEVER DID TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS CORRECTED NEVER WAS.

This pharmacy at Walgreens is truly terrible. When you call, they automatically put you on hold without checking with you, which then either lasts forever or the call is disconnected. It took the store manager to get a response after being put on hold and disconnected numerous times. It has been like this for years which is why I get my prescriptions elsewhere. Thought I would give them a try again with a new RX that I could only get at a few places, but it is still the same there. Go elsewhere if you can.
