The store closes at 12 it was 9:40 and the restrooms were closed i will be sending you the bill for my uti couldn’t go to a different store because it was for an Uber order

I have been calling for more than half an hour to pharmacy and all they do is lift up phone and hang up on me. At one point one person said hold on. That's all. Why are they so rude. All I wanted was to know if my prescription was ready. But I guess I can take my Business somewhere else

Incredible service and attention by one of the clerks/cashiers he gave a great example of customer service. He helped me to find a coupon for an item that was kinda pricey and he lowered the price thanks to a coupon that he found. Thanks to “el Bryan” ?

I go here to pick medication I use my insurance and the first time they used my insurance the second and third time they told me they were using my insurance but charging me more I got a call from my doctor they were not using my insurance charging me full amount and when confronted they got very rude and all he had to say was well you can return it if you want them went back with insurance was told they are using it and still charged full amount

This has been our preference store for many years but sadly today I had a very embarrassing and bad experience at the farmacy window. I was threated with disrespect and racist comments by an employee which got frustrated because I was speaking to her in Spanish, it's really sad that she's working in customer service if she's not even capable of talking to people with respect. But what's even worst is that her latin skin is darker than mine.im sure her parents would be very disappointed. This won't change my way of thinking about my favorite store corner of north loop and Zaragoza just for an incompetent and rude employee. I do thank the awesome manager Erick for attending my problem with respect and manners. I hope she won't keep doing this to customers, clearly I can see there's many people complaining about her just by reading the reviews. Thank you again for years of good service and thank you to the great manager on this store. Mr. Erick

I was there yesterday ready to pay for a $900 prescription for my son. My insurance did not cover any of it because of my deductible. A young man, Christian, suggested I use an app to see if I qualify for a discount. At first I thought he was asking me to try another pharmacy so I decided I didn't want to go and was just going to pay the ridiculous amount. He again asked me to try the app which I then downloaded, created and account all while there was a line of customers. Christian was very patient and never rushed me. To my amazement, I qualified for 50% off. I was so thankful and grateful for this young man to take the time to help me through this. He is awesome! Wish there were more people like him around. Thank you Walgreens! You have a great employee there who is looking out for your customers!

Don’t even bother to get your prescription here, they are the worst, I used to go to this walgreens for the convenience that is closer to my house but the service is the worst, the girl with purple dyed hair is very rude and the Afro-American just plain ignored me and attended the customer who got there after I had been there for a while already, I will go to other walgreens instead; since it’s not fair for us customers to deal with such rude employees who don’t treat us respectfully, thank God there are other walgreens we can go to.
