Most of the people that work there are great. There is one male who is not who would be easily identified. But I won't do that, he knows who he is.

WARNING if you value your health don't go to the pharmacy. I have extremely high blood pressure. I was just prescribed medication. 1 week later my doctor prescribed more medication to deal with my blood pressure. The pharmacy said on Friday oh we will have it Monday I told her I need my medication she said oh you have your other meds take them these idiots are not my doctor and how dangerous is it to not fulfill a prescription this is my life.

Absolutely rude, incompetent simpletons work at this pharmacy. Don't know medications, don't have a sense of urgency, don't care about their customers issues. Only care about a paycheck and doing as little work as possible. Go anywhere else. To you employees, karma will catch up to you with that vile attitude you have. Keep acting like you are above other people.

I always come to Walgreens for my vaccinations. I was so excited that now they let me also register my family to come in at the same time as a group. I will never come back here again. Our appointment was at 5:30 and We got here early to fill out paper work. Our paper work didn't even get printed until 5:40. They took another group before us. We waited an additional 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. 0/10 will not come again.

And this is why I continue to use this pharmacy. Not only is it convenient, but they are amazing in an emergency. I got an allergy shot yesterday and had a horrible reaction, that I’m still currently having. I had an emergency appointment with my doctor and she sent medicine over to Walgreens to be filled ASAP.. not even 20 minutes later and I’m having my mom go get it for me. Excellent service in the time of a crisis. Thank you.

Walgreens is notorious for doing as little as possible but taking as much as possible. Absolutely no care or consideration when filling meds or doing their job properly. My daughter's first fill was temporary, and no one advised a prior authorization was needed at that time (despite saying it in tbeir processing system). The second time around I was told I would have to pay full price. The person failed to see a prior Auth was needed... until I refused to leave and then they properly reviewed the rejection code. Had it not been for being in pharmacy 9 years myself, doing QA, and doing technician work, I would have been another victim of this nonsense. So now she is going to go through withdrawal symptoms just because either someone (or multiple people) did not do their job properly or were just too lazy to do so.Even after speaking with a supervisor, they had little care about the fact that they are affecting lives with their lack of due diligence. He also stated they don't know who did everything wrong. (Which is also a lie.) Every claim that is ran is stamped with who and when. There is more to this, but it's a lot to write. They are not as knowledgeable as they should be. Just more lies and theives of the world.I think for every job a pharmacy lacks in doing PROPERLY, which they should, they should have to pay everyone back +for compensation. This isn't the only pharmacy that's a problem. Too many employees don't get proper lunches/breaks and it's a numbers game, risking quality. Unfortunately, Americans don't have proper options to fill needed medications. The contractual BS is a problem.

This lady named Elva was the rudest pharmacy tech I have ever spoken to. She had such a bad attitude when I tried to ask for my vaccine records and she was very rude and would talk back very rude and ask me questions very rude again like I mentioned the worst!

**to note I do not recommend this Walgreen’s pharmacy, the actual store is great**
I visited Walgreens pharmacy as I have done for the past 7 years and received the worst service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy tech named Elva. I approached the counter to advise that I had a flu shot and a covid test scheduled (for work purposes) at the same time and thought I should come in. Elva proceeds to cut me off to snidely state that I had to do the covid test at the Drive thru. I attempted to advise Elva that I would just go take the covid test through the drive thru once I got my flu shot. Due to her not having her listening ears on she proceeded to cut me off stating she couldn’t do it. I stated that she obviously was in a mood not to be at work so I just cancelled my covid test and requested to complete my flu shot.
Walgreens allows you to complete the checkin questions on the app when you schedule your flu shot for quicker service which is what I did. Due to Elva’s nasty attitude she did not check my account and requested that I complete a form with the exact same questions; so much for quick and efficient. I completed the form, turned it back into Elva and guess who DIDN’T give my form to the pharmacist, you guessed it, Elva.
After waiting 30 min and seeing other customers receive their shot I asked why I had not been called. The tech giving the shots stated that she never received my information. Elva had never turned it in, a paper that I did not even need to fill out.
At this point I’m late for work, with no vaccination and zero patience left. I requested the Supervisor but was advised that she was too busy to speak with me. I promptly left the store, called and spoke to none other than the Supervisor Veronica. I filed my grievance as I believe if Elva is not in the right headspace to work today then she shouldn’t be there and the Supervisor immediately apologized and rebooked me for when Elva is not at work. The Supervisor’s professionalism and assistance is the only reason I gave 1 Star. She definitely needs to get Elva all the way together because she is rude and unprofessional. Walgreens, do better.

Absolutely pathetic staff. I’m going through a severe allergic reaction my prescriber sent over two prescriptions and they LOST one of the prescriptions Kept talking over me and told me to buy the over the counter brand which would have cost me $60 out of pocket I’m also goin through a knee surgery recovery and am in excruciating pain on top of this they were extremely rude and put me on hold at least 5 times. I can’t believe these people still have jobs with the way they treat people. There is no empathy.
