WORST WALGREENS EVER!!!! called to see if this was one of the stores that has been remodeled in area.. Which is a simple yes or no answer. Who ever answered put me on hold then when she came back online she hung up on me!!!! I called back and she kept sending the call to hold.. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS LOCATION!!

Needed to come into the store because I wasn't feeling good. I definitely stocked up a bit more than I needed. Alieve, Tums, Gummy Melatonin, and Immune booster, and the all important Pedialyte. I feel 10/10 now after using it all I had to also grab me some peanut M&M's cause I'd rather suffer through the pain with a little bit of chocolate All in all they had everything I needed, the store was clean, and check out was super fast! Debating on going back for some more M&M's low key

Went to return an item we did not need and was abruptly confronted by an older man who accused us of stealing. When we told him we had receipt he followed us outside and tried to take pictures of our licence plates. That was very unprofessional and unnecessary. That is the last time I do business with Walgreens on Geronimo... Very ghetto.

Worst walgreens ever. Super bad customer service. They did not wanted to accept coupon unless I clip it on my account online evendough I put my number to access my account card. What if someone does not have the app or does not remember their password. And on the display it never says to be clip online to be able to purchase it. And they were super rude and told me thay can't wait for me to look my password up because I was holding the line, when I waited in line for almost 10 min and that was just with one person ( was third in line). They had the book with the coupons but say it was a different product when it's for the brand in general. Super rude did not want to do it and I did waited and I have currently a knee injured and did not complain about the line, but when it was my turn they could not waited less than 5vmin to be able to check my notes to check my password and log in to my account to get the coupon. So if you want to buy something that has coupons here they will not help. Walmart is better at coupons

Eh. I consider this a necessary evil that my insurance covers. The staff is rushed, less then personable and they don't get billing correct. And don't even try to call them, or block out a solid hour to try to get through. The drive through, is hit and miss. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it's 40minues for 3 cars. I also cannot recommend the order online and pick up at the drive through services. I ordered online, paired it with my prescriptions; yet the $50+ retail order was not included. The leadership at district and state levels need to be revamped. It's obvious they are overwhelming their staff and failing to offer a good product to the customer.

I have always love the service at walgreens. This time I had to ship a package and a tall blonde lady, was very kind to me. Its very refreshing getting help coming from Georgia. She checked my package to make sure it will not be damaged and the label as well. Her and and older gentleman was very helpful as well. Keep being lovely. ? Awesome job!! Definitely coming back to this location

I enjoy going to this Walgreens because of the great customer service that Oscar gives us. He is really knowledgeable and very helpful. He makes us feel comfortable and takes the time to walk us every step of the way while making a photo collage.

I left pharmacy drive thru disappointed. I'm feeling very sick and just wanted my medications. An OTC med was part of my prescription and they couldn't get it for me. Only one other car behind me. Even after speaking to manager David and explaining that I felt sick and I didn't have my phone to order online and wait for them to take it out curbside. There was just a lot of rhetoric about policy. In the time it took to talk to mgmt they could've gotten my medication. Instead I left upset on top of my achy body, chills, headache and fever. I'm a nurse and used to going out of my way for my patients. A sad moment for me.
