Very convenient location on 2879 Montana Avenue is a great spot just next to the El Paso Police Headquarters. I was in need for immediate relief for my allergies and could find a great selection of nasal congestion and eye drops. They offer some deals of the week and the best of the week deals with up to 25 percent discount. They also have a passport and photo plus tech booth. Great selection of drinks and food for on the go rapid meals. So, this neighborhood certainly provides important access to basic medical and food and water products. You can also find some early Christmas and Halloween decorations. So, you really have something for everyone!!

I just got my covid shot here a couple of hours ago. The staff was very friendly, attentive and quick. My shot was painless and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Store is also very clean! 10/10

Sometimes just right and sometimes not. Pharmacy lost two of my prescriptions and then refused to replace them unless the Dr. Called it in again. Getting hold of my Dr. IS almost impossible. Took 7 days to finally get medication I was specifically told not to skip.

Have been going there to fill prescriptions for my children and my self for years. It would appear that some time recently they stopped contracting with my sons insurance. The tech in the drive through didn’t tell me that though when I dropped my sons prescription off after a long night in the ER. Just told me I would receive a text when they were ready. Since I have a small dose of medicine from the ER itself I just kept using that while I waited for that text. Flash forward a week and the ER dose is looking near empty and I’m wondering why I still haven’t received a text. Thinking maybe the text system was on the fritz I called asking if the prescription was ready to find out they never even filled it. The tech was also rude about it since I was upset that no one ever called me about that issue. That’s something I should have been informed when I dropped it off or gotten a call about day 1 I would even give them the second day. Now I am having all sorts of issues trying to find another pharmacy with out being able to call the insurance to check who is on the network.

They are the worst group of pharmacist I have ever encountered. You will wait FOREVER even if there is no line because they'll probably mess up some other way. They don't know how to work their own systems or input insurance information. Worst customer service. I had to select one start otherwise I'd give them 0.

Awful customer service, also you will wait forever to pick up your medication regardless of whether the line is long or not. This business makes little to no attempt to try to resolve any issues such as long wait times, poor customer service, etc. A little kindness goes a long way. Someday a new company will come through and just like Dillards or JCPenney's, the grand Walgreen's monopoly will not have such a strong hold on this city.

The employees there are always helpful. They can have more employees working though. The lines and the wait are terrible sometimes.

I've used this Walgreen location for over 30 years. The pharmacy is beyond good. The store personnel are all friendly and helpful . Theirbmanager is nice and always greets me when I'm shopping. They have a large selection of merchandise and gift cards and their prices are great

This store and particularly the pharmacy is the WORST. They fired the best employee they had in the pharmacy..The pharmacists dont give a heck about doing their job ...They constantly loose prescriptions..fill orders wrong...WORST WORST service ever!!!! Taking my business to cvs...
