The quality is bad. I bought a new car and it always has problems. And the repair service is also bad. The reservation system never gives me a confirmation of the reservation. I also asked for a repair and asked when the repair will be completed, and they said it will be completed in a few days, but it wasn't. After a few days, I called them and they said it will take another week. I called again and they said it will take longer. He always says he will call me when it is completed, but he never calls me. Finally, I called him and he said it is already done. Anyway, the quality of the car is not good and the service is terrible.

Very friendly staff. Representative very helpful,knowledgeable. Made the whole process very easy. The whole staff very attractive . I most definitely will and do recommend Viva Nissan to anyone that is looking to buy an automobile.

Be careful with the finance department. He told me the vehicle had NO WARRANTY but when I called Nissan they used my vin number to check the warranty. I did have Powertrain 77,00 miles until July 2027. My experience with Casa Nissan was 100% better.
Update: I traded in a vehicle I owned for 2months. I traded it because of an issue your dealership couldn’t fix. It’s been over a month and my trade in has not been paid off.I was promised proof the payment was issued but received nothing. My extended warranty has not been refunded or service contract. I was promised those refunds would be issued in 2-3 weeks. I have attempted to contact your corporate office but get no assistance.
On a positive note Jeremiah was an amazing salesman.

To start when I made the appt for a diagnostic I was not advised of the 5+ hour wait for said services or that I should plan on having a ride since it would be sooooo long. I get there to check in and some person comes over and asks why I'm there, I advise why and my name and he just says hold on and walks away.. 5mins go by and I see him sitting next to my vehicle on his cell phone at this time, so I get out and ask what's going on. Do I wait in my car, get out or what the hell, he then states that the guy is almost here and will be with me shortly. IDK maybe tell me that first(communication) instead of just not following back up. By not being advised of the wait time I take my kids as I feel they can hang an hour or a bit longer, but nope and then the guy that has finally arrived j says well we have lots of cars from the weekend. Again communication, I could have been advised and why make an appt for 09 if they can't get to my car for 2+ hours after I get there for MY 09 appt. Then they want to charge 600+ for a 130 part with labor that I was advised it would most likely be 300ish.... Viva Nissan is this really how you do business/price gouging techniques used? I went to Mr. A auto and service @13473 Bernard lane and got the same job for under 250. I strongly advise of staying far away for these pouchers as they will try to suck you dry and their incompetent ways of business!!
