I figured they sent this to me due to my last oil change. That’s the only reason it didn’t get half a star. The supervisor for that area was awesome. As far as everything else, garbage. I love my car, it was used but had all sorts of issues. When I asked to see if they could resolve or assist all they wanted to do is sell really expensive parts. I even talked to the supervisor and he said he would call me back. That was about 4-5 months ago and I still haven’t heard anything from him. I truly wish that there was another Mitsubishi here in El Paso that could go to get my next one. Again the service section deserves 5 stars.
